How will I know if my Custom card image is approved or denied? You will receive an email notification/confirmation.
How much will a Custom Card cost? - First Custom card - $9.95
- Replacement Custom card due to lost/stolen (using your current design only) - $7.00
- Replacement or additional Custom card at your request using your current design - $7.00
- Replacement or additional Custom card at your request with a new design - $9.95
- Normal card re-issue using your current design - No charge
- Normal card re-issue with a new design - $9.95
Will creating a Custom card change my card number? No, your card number will stay the same.
Will creating a Custom change my expiration date? No, your expiration date will remain the same.
Can my joint account owner or additional account users have a different image on their Custom card? Yes
When will I get my new Custom card? Your new card will be mailed to you and will arrive within 7-10 business days. You can continue using your current card until your Custom card arrives. Destroy your old card once you receive and activate your new Custom card.
What if I did not receive my new Custom card? Please contact Customer Support at 570-784-1660 1660 or 570-546-2211 to confirm the status of your card order.
What if the image on the Custom card I received is not the image I requested or does not look as I expected it to? We want you to be happy with your Custom card. Please contact Cardholder Support at 570-784-1660 to discuss how we can remedy your concerns.
What if I need a replacement of my Custom card, or want an extra Custom card? If you like your current Custom card image and want to keep it, then you can order a replacement with that image simply by contacting Customer Support at 570-784-1660 or 570-546-2211.
Each account owner will only be permitted to order one card per account.

Can I change my Photo Card image? Yes. You can change your image as often as you like. A $9.95 fee will be charged for each new Photo Card design you order. Simply use the Card Designer to create and submit a new card design, and then just follow the instructions presented to you after you exit the Card Designer.
What happens when my Photo Card expires and is re-issued? If you do nothing, then your re-issued card will have your current image. If you would like to change the image on your re-issued card, then simply use the Card Designer to create and submit a new card design - within 30 days prior to the first day of your card expiration month - and then follow the instructions presented to you after you exit the Card Designer.
